This registration is separate from the registration on the ncptw.info site and is only to ensure security of the event. You can also register multiple attendees if necessary. After initial registration, you\u2019ll receive an email to verify that your email address is correct. Then you\u2019ll receive a second email with a link to the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/hopin.com\/events\/ncptw-21\">Days 1-3<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/hopin.com\/events\/ncptw-21-day-4\">Day 4<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I\u2019m a presenter, but I don\u2019t see myself in the Hopin schedule. What should I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please register using the above links and send another email to let us know you\u2019ve done so. Make sure you receive the second email which has the link that lets you into the conference. You can\u2019t be added as a presenter until you\u2019ve registered. Not being listed as a presenter does not affect your access to the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I&#8217;m having trouble registering through Hopin. What should I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Please close all the windows related to Hopin<\/li><li>Make sure you are using one of the supported browsers (Chrome or Firefox) up to date<\/li><li>Delete cache and cookies<\/li><li>Try on incognito or private window<\/li><li>Test on Chrome and Firefox please<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the problem persists,\u00a0 please send us a screenshot\/video of the error you are receiving in order to further investigate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Where can I find the conference program?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference program can be found on our website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thencptw.org\/pittsburgh2021\/\">https:\/\/www.thencptw.org\/pittsburgh2021\/<\/a>.
