How do I access NCPTW 2021?

Please use the following links to register and attend the conference. This registration is separate from the registration on the ncptw.info site and is only to ensure security of the event. You can also register multiple attendees if necessary. After initial registration, you’ll receive an email to verify that your email address is correct. Then you’ll receive a second email with a link to the event.

I’m a presenter, but I don’t see myself in the Hopin schedule. What should I do?

Please register using the above links and send another email to let us know you’ve done so. Make sure you receive the second email which has the link that lets you into the conference. You can’t be added as a presenter until you’ve registered. Not being listed as a presenter does not affect your access to the session.

I’m having trouble registering through Hopin. What should I do?

  1. Please close all the windows related to Hopin
  2. Make sure you are using one of the supported browsers (Chrome or Firefox) up to date
  3. Delete cache and cookies
  4. Try on incognito or private window
  5. Test on Chrome and Firefox please

If the problem persists,  please send us a screenshot/video of the error you are receiving in order to further investigate.

Where can I find the conference program?

The conference program can be found on our website: https://www.thencptw.org/pittsburgh2021/. Please click on any of the dates at the top of the site to view the schedule for that day.

How do I navigate Hopin?

Hopin instructions can be found here. A brief demo for presenters can be found here. This other video is geared toward attendees.

How do I view asynchronous sessions?

Asynchronous sessions can be viewed in the Expo section of Hopin.

Where can I find poster sessions?

Poster sessions can be found on our main website: https://www.thencptw.org/pittsburgh2021/. Please look toward the top of the page to find the names of poster presenters.
