Asynchronous presentations are pre-recorded sessions that you’re either presenting as an individual presentation or submitting with a panel. The maximum time for this type of session is 75 minutes for panels and 20 minutes for an individual.
Recordings will be featured in the Expo section of Hopin. If there are any social media platforms you’d like to share with attendees, provide me with the links, and I can add them to your virtual booth. You can also send me a background image or logo for your institution if you would like.
You’re free to use whatever recording software you’re most comfortable with, but we’re requesting that you send us a YouTube link to the presentation. YouTube integrates most easily and saves us the hassle of having to e-mail large data files. For information on how to upload a video to YouTube, please visit the page below:
