New Submission Portal for NCPTW 21
Hello, everyone! The NCPTW 21 chairing committee wanted to provide an update about our brand new submission portal.
You can find the new portal here. If you’ve proposed a presentation to NCPTW before, you can use your current credentials. Otherwise, you’ll be prompted to create a new account and password. From there, you’ll see the current call for proposals on the homepage once you login.
If you submitted a proposal using the former Google form submission, that’s great! We’ll keep track of those submissions and include them with ones sent through the new portal–so no need to re-submit anything.
Thank you all again for your patience, and we look forward to reading your submissions!

Hello! I recently submitted a proposal for the conference and saw in the confirmation email that some symbols (apostrophes and quotation marks) were replaced with different symbols, and may have been a coding error. Should I resubmit the proposal to make sure the correct symbols are in place or was it just a mistake with the email? Many thanks in advance!
Hi, Sarah! I wouldn’t worry about it. Everything looks okay on our end. Let us know if you have any other questions!
When is your deadline for proposals?
Thanks!
Hello Rachel: the deadline was May 28, 2021.
